Young Goldman Sachs Bankers Demand a Limit of 80 hours per week
First-year bankers at Goldman Sachs have warned that unless their arduous working conditions improve, they may leave.
According to an internal poll of 13 workers, they worked an average of 95 hours per week and slept five hours per night.
Their personal relationships, as well as their physical and mental health, suffered as a result.
The analysts predicted that unless things changed in the next six months, they would leave.
